Moreau Law Firm PLLC was established in 2015 with a simple practice philosophy of providing the Firm’s clients quality legal services promptly, professionally, and at an excellent value. Nisha Moreau, the founding attorney, has over twelve years of experience helping clients achieve their business and legal goals. Ms. Moreau’s expertise is broad, diverse and sophisticated, providing her with a unique skill set to understand the business environment her clients are working within and to provide them with practical advice with regard to legal issues.  

Ms. Moreau has acquired tremendous expertise in business and commercial transactions. She represents and advises her clients in a range of legal matters such as facilitating new market entries, setting-up of new business entities (within the United States as well as cross-border), asset acquisitions, real estate purchase and sale, drafting and negotiating contracts for high-dollar and significant transactions, developing company policies, and registering trademarks. Ms. Moreau’s past experience includes litigating business disputes and obtaining favorable results for her clients. As such, she associates with select law firms as co-counsel or local counsel to assist on litigation matters by special arrangement. Additionally, Ms. Moreau assists individuals by lending her expertise at times on matters involving marital separation and immigration.


Ms. Moreau is an honors graduate of the SMU Dedman School of Law and a licensed attorney of the Oklahoma State Bar. Her legal career began with the leading law firm of Crowe & Dunlevy in Oklahoma City.  Ms. Moreau then served as corporate attorney for the European region of an international, multi billion-dollar cosmetics company. In that capacity, she provided legal support to business entities in over thirteen countries.  Immediately prior to commencing her own law practice, Ms. Moreau served as Assistant Vice President and Senior Counsel in the Law Department for one of the largest, A+ rated, privately held insurance companies in the United States.
